Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL INFORMATIONS:
1.1. Minimum Order Value: 10 EURO
1.2. Prices: All prices are final prices in Euro including the VAT valid on the day of the order.

1.4. Proprietary Reservation: The delivered goods remain the property of the offerer until full payment of the purchase price, regardless of the expiration of the withdrawal period. We are expressly contradicting the purchasing conditions of the buyer
1.5. Delivery: Delivery only while supplies last. Special offers and remaining items are valid as long as stocks last.
1.6. Transport Damages / Exchange: Transport damage must be reported to the respective transport company and to us immediately. Important: if you have received a damaged package, please contact the respective transport company immediately and report the damage or give them a damage report in writing.
We will, of course, return defective or incorrectly delivered titles due to manufacturing errors. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods in writing (letter, fax, e-mail). We then contact you regarding reimbursement of money, return, etc. immediately.
1.7. Liability: For our own fault, as well as for fault of our employees, employees, employees, especially due to negligence in the case of breaches of contract, tort, product liability, etc., we are always liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. We accept no liability for printing and publication errors.
1.8. Invalidity of individual provisions: If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Business are ineffective, their validity shall remain unaffected.

We will then send you an Cost Estimate / Invoice within 1-2 working days by e-mail.

Please note: After a correctly entered order via our WEBSHOP and e-mail address you will automatically receive an order confirmation of your order from our server. This confirmation is, however, purely informative for you (that your order has been received by us), and no invoice yet.
4. HOW TO PAY :
4.1. Payment in Advance : If you order by "Payment In Advance" the invoice will be sent to you manually by email or by post (if no e-mail is available) within 1-2 working days
4.2. Paypal (*): Payments by Paypal are only possible via our online payment system in the webshop. PAYPAL accepts Direct Debit / EC / Visa - / Mastercard / American Express as well as GiroPay.
(*) Important Payment note for all overseas customers (AUSTRALIA, CANADA, JAPAN, MEXICO, NORWAY, RUSSIA, SCHWEIZ, USA...... and Rest of the World outside Europe): For orders placed under the SMALL LETTER category you can pay directly via our webshop with Paypal. For orders which no longer fall under the category SMALL LETTER and which must be sent with AIRMAIL PARCEL, you must first request a manually prepared invoice with the correct shipping costs via REQUEST OFFER. 4.3. On Invoicel (*): applies only to regular customers who have already ordered and paid at least 3 times from us . We enclose an invoice with the shipment and you transfer the money to the specified account within the payment period.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY:
5.1. Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (CHANOMIYA att. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5.2. Effects of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
5.3. Exclusion of the right of revocation:
The right of revocation does not apply to the following contracts:
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded
- for the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed or opened after delivery.
