GABARON Matcha: Vom japanischen National Institute of Vegetable and Tea Science wurde eine spezielle Methode entwickelt, die auf natürliche Weise den Gehalt an γ-amino butyric acid im Sencha erhöht. Gamma - Aminosäure, eine spezielle Form der Aminosäuren, entwickelt vielfältige gesundheitliche Wirkungen im Körper, die derzeit in vielen wissenschaftlichen Untersuchungen genauer studiert werden.

Koyamaen hat diese Methode auf die Produktion von Matcha angewendet und einen ganz besonders mit γ-Aminosäure angereicherten Matcha entwickelt. Der Effekt dieses GABARON Matcha ist laut Koyamaen mehr als 10 mal stärker als bei normalem Matcha, und mit diesem Tee werden die gesundheitlichen Wirkungen des Matcha  besonders verstärkt.

The method to produce this tea was developed by the National Institute of Vegetable and Tea Science. The tea leaves are given special conditions that increase the amount of γ-amino butyric acid naturally．We have applied the Gabaron tea (Sencha) method to our way of making Matcha．γ-amino butyric acid acts as a blood pressure control．The effect of this tea is more than 10 times stronger than that of usual Matcha. This Matcha is efficiently absorbed by the body, so we recommend persons of middle to advanced age to drink it every day (if they have a blood pressure problem)
